Acme Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents from inquiry to move-in, delivering exceptional service and closing leases. You will showcase models, discuss features, and tailor tours to prospect needs while maintaining strong relationships with residents and the onsite team.

Responsibilities include processing applications, verifying references, managing renewals, and supporting marketing efforts to drive occupancy and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, mediation, and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist prospective residents, showcasing the community and model units with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Present apartment features, amenities, and benefits tailored to each prospect’s needs.
• Manage leads in the CRM system with timely follow-up.
• Process rental applications, verify employment and references, and prepare lease documentation.
• Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness and timely service.
