Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and promote properties.
• Conduct property tours and explain lease terms to prospects.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease agreements, and prepare paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
• Assist with marketing events and maintain property standards.
• Support manager with reports and keep residents satisfied.
