ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease rental units, while maintaining positive relationships with residents. You will market properties, conduct tours, handle applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process—working closely with the property manager to hit occupancy targets.

The role requires strong sales, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Proficiency with leasing software and MS Office is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Conduct property tours and negotiate lease terms to secure occupancy.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with move-in processes.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email; schedule appointments.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents and applicants.
• Maintain relationships with residents and coordinate with the property manager to meet leasing goals.
