Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Nashville seeks an on-site leasing professional to drive occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, tours, applications, and lease signings. You will coordinate with maintenance and use property software to track activity and ensure show units meet company standards.

The role requires following up with prospects and renewals, managing renewals, and delivering exceptional resident experience, including handling sensitive leasing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State/local jurisdiction licensing/certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease signings.
• Screen credit and background checks; prepare move-in packages.
• Monitor market conditions and implement short/long-term marketing plans.
• Manage data in on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leasing decisions.
• Support lease renewal letters and processes; contact renewing residents.
