Qualifications

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Familiarity with market conditions and marketing plans for occupancy.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop short/long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and lease renewals.
