Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a high-rise community in Tennessee. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage the move-in process to maximize occupancy and revenue.

The role requires inspecting units, coordinating with maintenance, and implementing marketing plans to drive occupancy. On-site software tools like OneSite and Yardi are used daily.

Qualifikationen

• Must perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Must understand market conditions and implement marketing plans.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.

Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screenings, prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any items with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and follow community programs to boost occupancy.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, activity, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance and leasing teams.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal packages and contacting renewing residents.
