• Greeting prospects, touring, screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspecting apartments and coordinating move-in readiness.
• Developing marketing plans and following programs to boost occupancy.
• Using online marketing and referrals to drive traffic.
• Maintaining show unit quality and on-site marketing area.
• Following up with residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Renewal letters and packages and communicating with renewing residents.
• Responding to resident concerns and coordinating with staff.
