Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Design and implement marketing activities, referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and manage resident data.
• Assist with lease renewals and communications to residents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
