Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run background checks, and prepare leases to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will design and execute marketing plans, track availability with property software, and follow up with residents to secure renewals, while supporting maintenance teams and ensuring show units meet standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Schedule viewings, process applications, and conduct background checks.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic through online marketing and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing metrics using property software.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and issues.
