Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist for The Riley in Raleigh, NC. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to track data, analyze market conditions, and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy. The role requires flexibility, weekend coverage, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to handle sales and leasing processes end-to-end.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and generate lease signings.
• Familiarity with rental market conditions and marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute online and on-site marketing campaigns to drive traffic.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
