Greystar in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins across 192 units at Sailboat Bay.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to manage data, stay informed on market conditions, and support renewal activities while maintaining high resident satisfaction. A valid driver's license is required for golf-cart operation.

Competenze

Experience in property leasing and tenant screening is preferred.
Ability to design and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and process applications.
Show apartments, qualify prospects, and prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
Conduct tours, perform background checks, and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Execute marketing activities using internet channels and referrals.
Track availability and leasing activity using property software.
Support lease renewal process with letters and packages for renewals.
Respond promptly to residents and owner questions and document requests.
