Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a high-occupancy community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, and prepare leases with move-in packages.

You will inspect units for move-in readiness, implement marketing plans to drive occupancy, and use OneSite or Yardi to track data. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

• Coordinate move-in packages and credit/background checks.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and maximize revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and packages; contact renewing residents.
