Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Specialist at The Signal in Raleigh to drive leasing, tours, and resident satisfaction. You will process applications, run credit checks, prepare move-in packets, and ensure a smooth sign‑up process.

You will implement marketing plans, stay informed on market conditions, and coordinate with maintenance to keep units ready. A valid license and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree a plus.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Greet, qualify, tour prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site management software.
• Support lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
