Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our New Hampshire communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure smooth move-ins.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/leasing to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Familiarity with screening applications and processing leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Create and execute on-site marketing activities including referrals and employer outreach.
• Use OneSite or Yardi to track availability and manage resident data.
• Maintain show units to meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate resolutions.
