Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing coordinator to manage marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 274-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credits, prepare move-in packages, and sign leases to hit occupancy and revenue goals.

With 1-2 years of leasing experience and a preference for Spanish speakers, you will use OneSite/Yardi to track data, collaborate with maintenance, and drive traffic through targeted marketing and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience required.
• Prefer Spanish speaker.
• Experience with essential housing program preferred.
• Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare lease/move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow approved concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, e-mail, etc.) and support referrals/outreach programs.
• Utilize on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards through daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal process by sending renewal letters, contacting renewing residents, and ensuring documents are signed on time.
