Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Danforth in Seattle. You will conduct prospecting, apartment tours (virtual and in-person), ensure a stellar move-in experience, and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers' Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Community event planning and execution.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
