Responsibilities include market research, event planning, and leveraging online platforms to market available units, with a competitive compensation and housing discount program.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service required.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi/OneSite experience desired.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Coordinate move-in experiences and ensure show units meet standards.
