GreystarBallard is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional in Seattle to conduct virtual and in-person tours, build relationships with prospective residents, and ensure a seamless move-in experience. You will participate in market research, promote vacant units, and assist with lease renewals while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours.
• Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
• Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Community event planning and execution.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assisting in lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns.
