Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building and apartment tours (virtual and in-person).
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage applications, credit checks, and move-in packages; ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email; use social media and internet platforms to market units.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.
