Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for its Olivian community in downtown Seattle. This role coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets.

You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a top-tier move-in experience while supporting resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. Applicants should have prior sales or customer service experience, be proficient with MS Office, and comfortable with property management

Qualifikationen

• Previous sales and customer service experience required or strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and handle lease documents.
• Professionalism in manner and appearance.

Aufgaben

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments via tours and virtual/in-person demonstrations.
• Process applications, conduct screenings, and prepare lease packages.
• Follow up with prospects and assist in lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate marketing efforts.
