Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional in Tukwila, WA to lead the leasing and renewal process for a vibrant apartment community. You will conduct tours (virtual and in-person), respond to prospects promptly, and coordinate marketing efforts to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include processing applications, performing background checks, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience while maintaining resident relations and renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Yardi/OneSite preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospecting and apartment tours (virtual and in-person).
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Assist in lease renewals and processing of applications.
• Respond to resident concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
