Job summary

Greystar seeks a results-driven Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a vibrant Seattle community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while optimizing occupancy and resident retention.

You'll stay informed on market conditions, implement targeted marketing plans, and leverage OneSite and Yardi to manage data, show units in top condition, and support renewal activities for long-term occupancy

Qualifications

• Requires strong sales and leasing skills to meet occupancy goals.
• Customer service excellence with resident-focused approach.
• Comfort with communicating clearly and professionally with prospects and residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, process applications, and perform credit/background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signings.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packets and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
