Job summary

Greystar in Seattle seeks a property professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and ensure smooth move‑ins and renewals.

Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, monitoring market conditions, and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, perform credit checks and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and coordinate any required items with maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Monitor market conditions and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and sales.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing across various platforms.
• Uses on‑site property management software to track availability, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors, coordinating maintenance, and preparing leasing offices for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal programs by preparing renewal letters and packages, contacting renewing residents ahead of move‑out dates, and ensuring timely signed documents.
