The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, customer service excellence, and collaboration with the General Manager and property team to maintain fiscal stability and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in leasing or property management is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to achieve full occupancy and manage renewals.
• Prepare and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Maintain accurate availability records and lease renewal reports.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and city on licenses and renewals.
• Assist with check-in/check-out inspections and turning vacated units.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support advertising/marketing and resident retention programs.
