Job summary

Freeman Webb Company Realtors, LLC in Franklin, TN seeks a Leasing Agent to show and lease apartments to prospective Residents, and to maintain resident relations and on-site operations.

The role involves presenting property features, collecting deposits, processing applications, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. You’ll participate in meetings and reporting to support property performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shows and leases apartments to prospective Residents.
• Develops and maintains Resident relations through courtesies and on-site responsiveness.
• Accompanies prospects to model apartments and discusses lease terms and facilities.
• Completes lease forms and collects rental deposits.
• Inspects model daily and arranges maintenance as needed.
• Compiles and updates listings of available rental units.
• Attends staff, management, and department meetings.
• Adheres to all fair housing laws.
