Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a 134-unit community in Menifee, CA. You will conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare leases to support occupancy and revenue goals.

Requirements include 3–5 years leasing experience (lease-up preferred), a valid driver's license, and proficiency with on-site software like OneSite or Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and background screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages to ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Maintain move-in ready show units and coordinate with maintenance for deficiencies.
• Monitor market conditions and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow policies related to concessions, specials, and programs to boost occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure lease agreements and renewals.
