Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Fontana, CA seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit/background checks, and prepare move-in packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

Requirements include 1–2 years of leasing and customer service, plus Lease Up and Yardi CRM experience. Proficiency with OneSite/Yardi is desirable. Schedule typically 9am-6pm with flexibility as needed.

• Lease Up and Yardi CRM experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and finalize leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Create traffic and drive occupancy through targeted marketing and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
