Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager for Crystal House in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on overseeing apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while marketing to prospective residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

You will coordinate with maintenance, train leasing staff, and ensure accurate lease documentation, with an emphasis on superior customer service and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system required.
• Prior experience with Yardi or another equivalent property management system required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare leases, and process move-ins/out paperwork.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and ensure units are ready.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
