Job summary

The NRP Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at our Pecos property. You will conduct tours, coordinate move-ins, respond to inquiries, and support on-site marketing to attract qualified traffic.

You’ll ensure exceptional customer service, process applications and payments, and help maintain curb appeal and resident retention. Experience in leasing and knowledge of LIHTC are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.
• Experience: 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, provide apartment tours and coordinate move-ins to maximize occupancy.
• Develop on-site marketing activity and referral programs to increase qualified traffic.
• Maintain leasing area, process payments and renewals, and ensure occupancy standards.
