Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Leasing Specialist for our Pecos property. Under the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, coordinating tours, and processing applications.

You’ll network locally, schedule appointments, and promote resident retention while delivering exceptional customer service. You will conduct market surveys, support on-site marketing, and maintain metrics to improve closing ratios.

Qualifications

• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, respond to inquiries, provide tours of apartments and amenities, and coordinate move-ins.
• Perform telephone market surveys and competitive checks; develop on-site marketing activity.
• Develop and monitor referral programs for move-ins, newsletters, and resident retention.
