Job summary

NR P Group is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Specialist for our brand-new Pecos property in Las Vegas. Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, conducting tours, coordinating move-ins, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also handle administrative tasks and support renewals while maintaining compliance and community standards. The role requires 1 year of customer service or sales experience, strong computer skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred; Tax Credit Specialist accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Marketing: conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, provide tours, follow up with prospects, coordinate move-ins.
• Administrative: process applications, collect fees, maintain files, ensure compliance with regulations.
• Customer Service: provide excellent service, assist with resident events, ensure curb appeal and timely service requests.
