Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at our Texas property. You will handle lease signings, show apartments, process applications with credit checks, and ensure a smooth move-in for new residents.

Responsibilities include touring prospects, collecting deposits, maintaining showrooms, and supporting a strong social media presence to boost occupancy. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and collaboration with maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Obtain approvals and follow up on applicant status.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and conduct orientation.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Ensure prompt handling of resident questions and service requests to retain satisfaction.
• Handle lease, move-in, and move-out paperwork in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with marketing to drive traffic within budget and plan.
