RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an on-site property in Florida. You will sign leases, tour prospects, process applications, and manage move-ins.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, engaging on social media, and ensuring superb customer service to maximize occupancy. The position involves a flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects, assist with applications and deposits, and adhere to procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Maintain availability reports, process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Obtain approvals and follow up with applicants on status.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and orient new residents.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property to boost visibility and engagement.
• Respond promptly to complaints and requests to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Use marketing strategies within the marketing plan to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Present a positive community image to achieve property objectives.
• Attend weekly and daily goal setting meetings; coordinate with maintenance for timely service requests.
