RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team across our apartment community. You will drive leasing activity, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional resident service while aligning with marketing plans and community objectives.

The role requires coordinating tours, processing applications, and guiding new residents through move-in procedures, with a focus on retention and positive community relations. This on-site position offers growth within RPM Living’s diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Close the sale by scheduling tours, handling applications and deposits, and following up
• Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic and optimize pricing and promotions
• Host resident events to improve retention and community relations
• Prepare lease paperwork and ensure timely move-ins
• Attend daily/weekly goal setting meetings and report progress
• Supervise leasing staff, provide training, and evaluate performance
• Qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications in accordance with Fair Housing
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history, and obtain approvals
• Show apartments and finalize moves; orient new residents
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Conduct market research and update Radix as needed
• Manage lease renewals, notices, and move-outs; update management software
• Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with maintenance team
