Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for its property in Tempe, AZ to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. The role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue goals by guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and executing leases.

You will stay informed of market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and drive traffic through referrals, employer outreach, and online channels while using OneSite/Yardi to track activity and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to follow marketing plans and programs to boost occupancy.
• Proficiency with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and complete leases.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create marketing traffic via referrals, employer outreach, Craigslist, Facebook, email.
• Track availability and leasing activities with OneSite/Yardi.
• Ensure show units meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease or renewal.
• Support lease renewal by preparing renewal letters.
