ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in the New York area to attract and screen tenants, market available properties, and negotiate lease terms. You will conduct property tours, handle applications, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure smooth move-ins.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with flexibility to work weekends as needed and to stay updated on market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Leasing properties to prospective tenants and maintaining high occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone and email.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals.
• Stay informed about local rental market trends and regulations.
• Plan resident events and uphold fair housing standards.
