Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and lease available properties, guiding prospective tenants through the process and ensuring high occupancy. You will market properties, conduct tours, and respond to inquiries with excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the property manager, coordinate move-ins, and prepare lease paperwork while maintaining compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide property information
• Market properties, conduct tours, and promote occupancy
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms, and prepare leases
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email
• Maintain relationships with current residents and coordinate move-ins
• Assist with reports and property-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies
