ZRS Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen tenants, market properties, and facilitate smooth move-ins. You will negotiate lease terms, conduct tours, and maintain positive relations with residents, working closely with the Property Manager to hit occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available properties to attract prospects.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries.
• Maintain high occupancy and quality resident relations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as directed.
• Explain lease and community policies clearly to residents.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
