Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract and screen applicants, showcase properties, negotiate leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will collaborate with the property manager and team to hit occupancy goals, handle inquiries, conduct tours, process leasing paperwork, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding fair housing and company policies. Weekend availability a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lease and screen applicants for occupancy.
• Market and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and present leasing options.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-ins.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries.
• Assist with weekly/monthly reporting and maintain records.
• Explain lease terms and community policies clearly.
• Uphold fair housing regulations and company policies.
• Work weekends 1–2 times per month.
