Job summary

AION is seeking a Leasing Consultant for The Meridian South in Indianapolis. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy by conducting leasing activities, tours, and move-ins, while coordinating marketing and resident retention efforts.

Responsibilities include handling applications and payments, maintaining property standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Weekend and holiday availability required; a valid driver's license is also needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Customer service oriented with ability to network and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all leasing activities, respond to inquiries, give tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Develop and monitor on-site marketing and referral programs.
• Attend marketing meetings and maintain property appearance and curb appeal.
• Process applications, rents and deposits; enter data into management systems.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy standards.
• Support with renewals, notices, and resident events.
