Qualifications

• In PA or NJ, real estate license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maximize cash flow by minimizing delinquencies and collecting rent.
• Ensure Entrata data accuracy and timely leasing activity reporting.
• Assist Property Manager in achieving revenue goals and occupancy targets.
• Maintain and organize resident files and payroll reporting.
