Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management company seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires regular on-site presence, ability to tour, qualify, and sign leases, and to maintain leasing data and marketing efforts.

The position emphasizes customer service, agreement processing, and coordination of resident retention activities, with opportunities to contribute to community events and marketing plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions necessary to close the sale, including appointments, generating new leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Completes all leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in resident retention programs and community events
• Contribute to upkeep of offices and common areas
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and market surveys
• Maintain knowledge of property and market conditions; complete weekly survey reports
• Customer & Resident Relations
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround
• Project a positive image of the community
• Enforce community policies as directed
