Aufgaben

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with appropriate teams.
