Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our community operations and support daily leasing and customer service tasks. The role reports to the Community Manager and contributes to marketing, showings, applications, and renewals.

Ideal candidates have onsite leasing experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication. This is a full-time position offering benefits and opportunities within a growing property-management team.

Qualifications

Previous onsite leasing experience in multi-family housing or hospitality is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Support and participate in fulfilling customer service and leasing responsibilities.
Maintain leasing and marketing standards, greet prospective residents, gather information, set appointments, show apartments, generate quotes, close deals, and secure deposits.
Assist with renewal paperwork and rate insertions approved by the Community Manager.
Review resident files and accounts to manage delinquencies and maximize revenue.
Assist Community Manager with resident activities, newsletters, and retention efforts.
