Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to join our team. Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Leasing Specialist supports and assists with all aspects of the community operations.

The role involves customer service, leasing responsibilities, showing properties, processing applications, and contributing to renewals. A high school diploma and English communication are required, with leasing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Onsite leasing experience in multifamily housing or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in customer service and leasing responsibilities; greet prospective residents and schedule showings.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements; assist with deposits and applications.
• Review accounts for unpaid balances, communicate with residents, and assist with collections as needed.
• Assist in organizing resident activities and retention initiatives.
