Qualifications

• Experience as onsite Leasing Consultant preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service and leasing responsibilities including phone outreach, greeting prospects, setting appointments, showing apartments, generating quotes, and processing deposits.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Review resident files and enforce lease terms to maximize occupancy and revenue.
