Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Leasing Associate to lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations for an apartment community. You will handle lease signings, tours, applications, and move-ins while maintaining a strong community presence.

You will respond to inquiries, qualify prospects, process applications, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve needs. The role includes promoting retention, social media activity, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Experience with leasing processes and Fair Housing compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales, prepare move-ins, obtain signatures.
• Maintain social media presence and promote resident satisfaction.
• Address complaints and service requests promptly to retain residents.
• Attend weekly and daily goal setting meetings and coordinate with maintenance.
