Job summary

Redstone Residential, a national student and multi-family housing operator, is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Albany, NY to support daily leasing and administrative tasks. You will assist residents and prospects, respond to inquiries, and help the team meet KPI goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Entrata or PM software, and a high school diploma. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Warm, friendly demeanor and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions).
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Work with the team to reach daily and weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of the community to respond quickly to inquiries.
