Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.).
• Help the team reach daily and weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of the community to answer inquiries quickly.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
