Redstone Residential is seeking a Leasing Specialist to support day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. You will assist residents and prospects, process payments, and help the team achieve leasing KPI goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Entrata Software or PM software is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Warm, friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and prospects with daily needs (rent payments, ledger questions, etc.).
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Work with the team to reach daily/weekly leasing goals.
• Maintain knowledge of the community to respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff in a fast-paced environment.
